American Contractors Indemnity Co. and remanded the matter to the First District Court of Appeal, Division 1, appellant's opening brief in the above entitled matter is due for filing within 40 days of the date of this order. Respondent's brief shall be due for filing within 30 days of the filing of appellant's opening brief. Appellant's reply brief shall be due for filing within 20 days of the filing of respondent's brief. This order does not preclude the parties from requesting an extension of time to file their briefing pursuant to the California Rules of Court.
