02/05/2013 #3 ORDER: Before me is the plaintiffs' petition for interlocutory review, pursuant to G. L. c. 231, § 118 (1st par.), of a January 4, 2013, order of a judge of the Superior Court, declining to enter a ruling that a transaction otherwise authorized by a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court would violate the Superior Court's March, 22, 2012 order enjoining Jordan Tobins from transferring any assets greater than $2,500. After review of the petition, accompanying memorandum, and appendix, including the hearing transcript, I discern no clear error of law or abuse of discretion that would warrant intervention by the single justice. See Jet-Line Services, Inc. v. Board of Selectmen of Stoughton, 25 Mass. App. Ct. 645, 646 (1988). The petition is, accordingly, denied. So ordered. (Cohen, J.) *Notice/Attest/MacLeod, J.
