08/18/2005 ORDER-SHOW CAUSE (FLA BAR UPL) Because there is no evidence that service of the order to show cause was obtained upon the respondent, the order of this Court dated April 21, 2005, enjoining and restraining Albert Dross, individually and d/b/a Albert Dross & Associates, from engaging in the acts complained of and from otherwise engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida is hereby vacated. The Florida Bar's Motion to Decide the Case Upon Its Merits, which is based upon the alleged failure of the respondent to respond to the order to show cause, is hereby denied without prejudice.
