11/28/2012 ORDER: Pursuant to G. L. c. 239, § 5, the defendant seeks review of an order of a judge of the Housing Court denying her motion to waive the appeal bond. The judge found that the defendant is the sole current occupant of the premises, and that she remains responsible for the entire amount of $1,400 for monthly use and occupancy of the premises. The defendant has made no showing that the judge's findings were not warranted. After a hearing and review of the written submissions, I find that the defendant has not presented a defense that is not frivolous, and that a bond in the amount established is reasonable. Order on appeal bond affirmed. (Kafker, J.). *Notice/Attest/Winik, J.
