02/09/2011 #1 PETITION purs to GLc 231, s. 118 w/attach, filed by Claudio Santini and Frances Santini.
02/15/2011 #2 ORDER: RICHARD DRAGONE & another(1) vs. CLAUDIO SANTINI & others.(2) "Notwithstanding the fact that money damages are sought, the judge could reasonably have concluded that, absent injunctive relief, the continued existence of the check cashing business was in jeopardy. See Hull Mun. Lighting Plant v. Mass. Munic. Wholesale Elec. Co., 399 Mass. 640, 643 (1987). Given the allegations contained in the verified complaint and affidavits as well as the supporting documents proffered by the plaintiffs, we discern neither error or law nor abuse of discretion warranting correction in the judge's determination, following review, that injunctive relief as ordered was appropriate. The petition is denied." (Lenk, J.). Notice/Attest/Image Footnotes (1) Michele Dragone (2) Frances Santini; Michael Santini; and Annielu Santini.
