08/07/2013 RE#1: The harm, if any, caused by the trial court's decision not to hold a hearing on the plaintiff's motion for temporary orders permitting her to travel abroad with her children and to secure their passports was cured at the hearing that occurred on 8/2/2013 on the defendant's motion for stay. At that hearing, both parties were heard on the relevant issues. Further, I discern no abuse of discretion or error of law in allowing the temporary orders in question. See Jet-Line Services, Inc. v. Board of Selectmen of Stoughton, 25 Mass. App. Ct. 645, 646 (1988) (Interlocutory order of the trial court will not be disturbed absent clear error of law or an abuse of discretion).
