10/14/2014 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER The respondent, Paul John Ferri, Sr., appeals from a judgment of the Probate and Family Court that authorizes the petitioner, his daughter-in-law, to depose him in connection with her divorce proceedings in Connecticut. Having been informed at oral argument that the underlying proceedings in Connecticut have been adjudicated, we dismiss this appeal as being moot.[1] Appeal dismissed. (Grasso, Kantrowitz & Meade, JJ.). Notice/attest/Christopher, J. Footnotes [1] In the event that appellate proceedings in Connecticut result in reversal of the judgment there and the matter again becomes germane in further trial court proceedings, to the extent authorized by the Connecticut court, the petitioner is free to attempt again to depose the respondent.
