03/07/2012 ORDER: After review of the submitted papers, it is apparent that this case presents novel issues of law which are not appropriate for resolution by a single justice. Therefore, it is ordered that petitioners be, and hereby are, granted leave to take an interlocutory appeal from the order entered on February 3, 2012, in Bristol Superior Court No. 2009-00716, that denied their request for a protective order. The defendant's notice of appeal is to be filed with the Superior Court on or before March 23, 2012. Any notice of cross-appeal of the plaintiff is to be filed on or before April 4, 2012. Thereafter, the record is to be assembled in accordance with M. R. A. P. 9. Any proceedings as to compliance with or enforcement of the order entered on February 3, 2012, are stayed pending further order of the Appeals Court or a single justice thereof. The Superior Court judge is authorized to grant additional relief as deemed appropriate. (Agnes, J.). Notice/attest/McIntyre, J.
