09/09/2011 ORDER: The hourly rates set forth in the appellee's affidavit are reasonable considering the nature and quality of the work. The total number of hours expended is also reasonable, however, we have deducted 3.5 hours from the total representing the time spent reviewing and responding to postjudgment motions. Such motions are not within our jurisdiction. Accordingly, the plaintiff's attorney is ordered to pay to the defendant or his attorney the sum of $12,462.00 in attorney's fees and $105.00 in costs. To the extent that enforcement of this order is necessary, any such actions or motions shall be brought in the Probate and Family Court. (Cypher, J.) *Notice/Attest.
