10/30/2013 #4 ORDER: Plaintiffs moved pursuant to G. L. c. 261, § 29 for a waiver of fees and costs related to their filing of a civil action in Norfolk Superior Court. Thereafter, the court's docket indicates that a judge of that court established an entry fee of $200.00 "after review of financial documentation." Plaintiff Cornelius Brown appeals pursuant to G. L. c. 261, § 27D, from the court's order on the entry fee. Pursuant to section 27D, if there is an appeal filed, the "clerk ... shall notify the judge ... who shall within three days set forth his written findings and reasons." Since the requisite findings have not been transmitted to this court, the appeal is stayed and the matter remanded to the Superior Court for the required findings, to be filed on or before November 25, 2013.
