04/29/2011 #13 Under consideration by Panel. (Rapoza, C.J., Kantrowitz, J., Rubin, J.).
06/23/2011 ORDER OF DISMISSAL: From the defendant's filing, it appears that this case relates in some way to a claim that he could not be found responsible for a motor vehicle infraction where the ticket indicated that his name was "Ty Calloway" rather than "Tyrone L. Calloway." Be that as it may, he has failed to submit sufficient material even to indicate to us from what order he has noticed this appeal. Indeed the relevant docket entries, which are a required portion of the appendix, see Mass.R.A.P. 18(a), as amended, 425 Mass. 1602 (1997), are not all included in the materials he has filed. Consequently the appeal is dismissed. See Mass.R.A.P. 3, as amended, 430 Mass. 1602 (1999); Cameron v. Carelli, 39 Mass. App. Ct. 81, 83-84 (1995). Appeal dismissed.
