As the trial court docket indicates that this case was not fully impounded in that court, to the extent appellant's record appendix contains documents that were impounded in the trial court, he is to file a separate record appendix containing only those impounded documents. See MRAP 18 (g). As appellant was charged with one or more of the sexual assault crimes enumerated in G.L. c. 265, s. 24C, all references in appellant's brief and record appendix to the victim's name or the name of a family member, are to be redacted, and replaced with a pseudonym or initials. Moreover, pursuant to the SJC's Interim Guidelines for the Protection of Personal Identifying Data, all of the victim's personal identifying data is to be redacted from any document filed with this court. A revised brief and appendix is to be filed by appellant on or before 5/13/13.
