02/07/2014 ORDER: The defendant appeals the revocation of his probation due to, among other things, the commission of new criminal offenses, claiming a litany of errors. However, on November 30, 2012, the defendant pleaded guilty to two of the crimes that were grounds for his probation revocation. "[S]ubsequent convictions or guilty pleas render moot an appellate claim that a judge erred in determining that a probationer had violated the conditions of his probation by committing a new offense." Commonwealth v. Pena, 462 Mass. 183, 187 (2012). Because of this, the matter before us is moot. Appeal dismissed. (Berry, Meade & Agnes, JJ.) *Notice/Attest.
