06/03/2014 ORDER: The appeal in Commonwealth v James Martin ( Boston Municipal Court, Dorchester Division 1107CR001827 ) was originally assembled and transmitted to this court without a transcript and entered as 14-P-148 on February 3, 2014.. The appellant sought and obtained an extension to file his brief in 14-P-148 to May 15, 2014. On April 14, 2014, the trial court transmitted another notice of assembly, this time with a transcript of the proceedings, and it was entered as 14-P-562. The appellant filed his brief on May 15, 2014, in 14-P-562, rather than 14-P-148. As no brief was filed in 14-P-148, notice preceding dismissal was entered on May 22, 2014. In order to avoid further confusion and to prevent prejudice to the appellant, the appeal from 14-P-148 is consolidated with 14-P-562. All future filings are to be made on 14-P-562. The Commonwealth's brief remains due on August 18, 2014. Notice/attest
