11/22/2013 ORDER: Defendant Antwoun Ellis has filed a motion to stay the execution of his sentence on his conviction for committing controlled substance violations in or near school property in violation of G.L. c. 94C, s. 32J. The Commonwealth does not object to this stay. After review of the papers and relevant case law, the defendant's motion is allowed. The trial court shall forthwith enter an order staying the defendant's sentence for this offense on Cambridge District Court docket number 1052CR000957. All other sentences received by the defendant in this case or any other case shall remain in effect. If no other sentences remain in effect, the defendant shall be released from incarceration subject to compliance with any and all terms and conditions set by the Cambridge District Court in its order staying the sentence and releasing the defendant. The stay shall remain in effect pending further order by this Court or a single justice thereof. (Hanlon, J.). *Notice/Attest.
