12/10/2004 ORDER-ORAL ARGUMENT CALENDAR REMOVAL The Motion to Withraw as Counsel for Appellant and to Stay Proceedings filed in Case No. SC03-710 by Kenneth M. Malnik is granted and the jurisdiction of the above cause is temporarily relinquished to the circuit court for thirty (30) days for the appointment of substitute counsel. The circuit court shall immediately notify this Court upon appointment of substitute counsel. The above cases have matured and are ready to be placed on the oral argument calendar. Upon appointment of substitute counsel, Kenneth Malnik shall have twenty (20) days to turn over all records to newly appointed counsel. Substitute counsel shall then have three (3) months after receipt of all records to review the record on appeal, briefs, petitions and responses filed in these cases.
