L. c. 231, Sec. 118 (first par.) is allowed in part and the Superior Court's order for a preliminary injunction is modified as set forth in this Order...........IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant Gerald Shapiro and Flexible Components Corp., by or through Gerald Shapiro, are preliminarily enjoined until March 23, 2007 from directly or indirectly soliciting or contacting any individuals or entities that were customers of Atlantic Semiconductor, LLC with whom Gerald Shapiro had any contact, communication, or dealings, directly or indirectly, during the last twelve months of his employment with Atlantic Semiconductor, LLC, or the period between March 23, 2005 and March 23, 2006. The parties shall within 10 days of this order work cooperatively to establish a list that identifies by name all such customers and to the extent the parties cannot agree, their dispute shall be presented to the trial court for a ruling.
