08/24/2018 DISP-REV GR MERITS (QUASH & REMAND) (TAG) Upon review of the response to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated February 14, 2018, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the Petition for Review is granted, that the Third District Court of Appeal's decision in this case is quashed, and this matter is remanded for resentencing in light of the decisions in Lee v. State, 234 So. 3d 562 (Fla. 2018); Kelsey v. State, 206 So. 3d 5 (Fla. 2016); and Johnson v. State, 215 So. 3d 1237 (Fla. 2017). No Motion for Rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
